The Leadership Challenge® and Missouri Public Health

There are so many projects and accomplishments of which am proud that occurred during my tenure as the Director of Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS).  One of those is being part of the team that brought The Leadership Challenge® to DHSS and Missouri’s local public health partners.

DHSS partnered with iLead Consulting & Training in Texas to provide training and executive coaching, this effort will have reached nearly 200 public health professionals state-wide by the end of calendar year 2025.
